Pumpernickel-Chips

You need:
3 Slices of Pumpernickel
1 Egg
Salt/Pepper

And that's how you do it:

Mix up the egg with salt and pepper. Cut the bread into small pieces and put them in the egg. When all pieces are "crumbed" fry them in a pre heated pan with some oil until they are crisp. You can either eat them like chips or add them on top of a soup like a pumpkin soup. You can find the recipe here.
