1 red Onion
100g Feta chees
40g Almond meal
And that's how you do it: Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Cook it for about 10 min in boiling salt water. While the broccoli cooks cut the onion and feta chees into small pieces and mix it up in a bowl with the eggs and the almond meal. Now you can add some salt and pepper as you please. When the broccoli is soft you add it to your other ingredients and mix it up.
Now you make little balls out of the mixture and put it in a preheated pan for about 10 min. Wait for it to turn gold/brown on the outside, so you have a little bit crispy.
It tastes even better if you serve it with some sour cream to dip.
